The Cornith's hail from Rome, Italy -- coming from a long line of wealth and respect. For as long as the twins can remember, they had everything they ever wanted. Unlike his brother, Niccolò will have had an awesome school life -- popular and kind to most everyone. He's going to have steered clear of things like drugs and alcohol. When his brother went bent, he'll have been a bit upset and try to have stopped him, but gave up not long after. His personality and history are otherwise up to you. However, I would like for him to have stayed in Rome until recently, wanting to reconnect with his elder twin. His middle name is up to you -- but I'd very much like for his firstname to be Niccolò.
