He hates ignorance and truthfully he hates most people. He has a hard time getting along with people, and an even harder time maintaining a friendship -- or relationship. Dastan use to be a kind, tender young boy with a bright future, but as he got older things changed. Dastan grew from that young boy into a rebellious young teenager with sex on his mind. He picked up drugs and drinking and smoking and partying. He stopped listening to his elders and just vowed to live his life to the fullest. Dastan still has a hard time with talking to people, and the people whom he does speak with are dear friends whom he trusts with his life. He was always getting into things, asking all sorts of questions, and never grew tired of having things taught to him. That's how his first 6 years of life went. He learned all he could, his world seeming bright and endless as he searched for answers to everything. Dastan was always an inquisitive child. He sought things out just to find the answers to them. Every night he'd beg and plead for his mother to read to him, or for his father to answer just a few more questions. And even after that, he yearned for knowledge, and he did so up until his 7th grade year -- his first year of junior high. People started calling him names, like dork and geek. So he just shut down. He grades dropped to C's and D's, with the occasional F. His parents didn't understand, and the group suddenly began to bump heads. From then on, Dastan became a rebel -- he stopped listening to his parents and began hanging around the wrong crowd. He started causing mischief and loved to tease all the bakers in the town, stealing loaves of bred then watching as they bickered back and forth. When he entered High School, he got worse. Dastan suddenly became a drug addict and a sex craved teenager. He started smoking and cutting out of school, and never once did he regret it in his youth. However, as Dastan grew older, he matured a bit. he started back into college and took enough courses to get himself a Bachelors degree but his heart still lies with his music.
