HI I'M CHRIS AND THIS IS ME:

Oi, I'm Christofer. Born and raised in Sou'f Shields, which is a town in Tyne and Wear, England. People always ask me Chris if you're from England why do you give off a bit of a Scottish accent? Well I'll tell you, vere's a very wide span of Scottish people living in Sou'f Shields, which brings to va story of my childhood. My mum was born and raised in Scotland, moved to Sou'f Shields when she was about sixteen while my dad was born and raised in Sou'f Shields. So when vey were teachin' me to talk I had two different accents being tossed at me, and eventually I ended up wif a Brit-Scot accent. Women really enjoy it vough, so it has it's ups.

I started doin' comedy when I was like seventeen or so? I performed in small coffee houses, pubs when I was of age and I literally loved it. I got asked to be on va telly quite a few times, comedy shows and what have you. Really great time, but I've always been interested in playin' music. I had a journal full'a songs, so wif some of va pounds I had earned and bought my first guitar. I was probably about eighteen when I was doin' all'a vis, while touring wif my stand up. I started putting videos of me on YouTube, singin' and playin' my guitar and I was asked to come to California to talk about a record deal. Of course I immediately took va chance, next fing I knew I was twenty years old gettin' signed. I didn't stay in the states vough, at vat time my mum was ill and needed some one to look after her since my dad had been growin' ill himself. Still doin' comedy, playin' music on the side still on YouTube and what have you. Vis went on for a good year and a half, vat was when my mum passed away and my dad had gone a few monfs after. My mum's last words to me was to be happy and go out and reach my dreams, my dad told me to go to California to work on my record as his last words. I couldn't, not yet it was too soon.

So I took some time off of everyfing, but I couldn't stop writin' songs and writin' music. I was twenty two, a little after my parent's one year had passed when I got my wake up call. I started callin' up pubs, coffeehouses, anywhere I could not only tell my jokes but debut my songs. Let me tell you, vey ate vat shit up. I had girls frowin' vemselves at me, people askin' where vey could buy my records, and I felt like va king of va fuckin' world. I went around va UK for a few monfs, ven it turned to Europe for a year. The label who had signed me two years ago knew about my parents so told me to take my time wif my grievin' but ven vey had heard about me blowin' up over here and asked me when I could fly out. I was twenty free, livin' in California, playin' gigs, still doin' my stand up, and workin' on a record. It's been one hell of a year out here but some how I've gotten frough it. I've made some dear great friends, and I know my mum and dad are proud of me. Hope you understood everyfing -laughs- and I hope you know va true Christofer Devlin Fielding. Cheers.
